In the era where almost every second person is having gadgets to play video games etc.They are forgetting the importance of Sports which is very important for them for their fitness..So participating in physical activities is very important for making your physic strong and strengthen.I prefer football,swimming,Cycling because of there benefits these sports have a lot of positive points.
