People nowadays do not really bother the way of staying healthy especially teenagers and kids they have no motivation.Being physically and mentally healthy is the key of life.For that making physical activities a part of daily routine is very important we should concentrate on the diet and what we are doing in terms of physic.That will help us a lot in making life better.Eat healthy diet and do activities this is what i think..What is your opinion?
